SimpliPilot supplies CRM and messaging software; each subscriber business contacts its own customers with permission specific to that business and purpose. The marketing program uses a different proposed number, and marketing sending remains disabled.

The named subscriber business creates a private company/customer-specific permission link in SimpliPilot. The customer opens /sms/consent in the software, enters the mobile number matching the indicated last digits, actively checks an initially unchecked checkbox and presses “Approve text notifications”. No private token or real customer information is shown on this documentation page.

The existing software backend validates the token and mobile number and stores the named business/customer, exact permission text and version, and approval time. The consent form itself sends no SMS. These operational forms and records remain in the software; this documentation does not create a collection or sending workflow.

Existing online permission covers estimate and invoice notifications only, for the named business. It does not authorize appointment messages, review requests or marketing. Those require their respective explicit purpose-specific permission and workflow. Recording permission does not activate messaging or establish provider/carrier/shared-platform approval.

1. Service notifications: estimates, invoices, payment/document links and appointment confirmations or reminders from the named business.
2. Optional post-service feedback/review requests: a separate opt-in, not included in service-notification permission or generic marketing consent.

Neither choice authorizes general promotions or messages from unrelated businesses. Payment reminders, review requests and additional workflows are not represented as active or approved.

The service-notification category above describes distinct possible purposes, not the scope of the current online approval. The existing online consent link authorizes estimates and invoices only; appointments and feedback/review requests need their own explicit permission and workflow.

Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for program help. Shared-number STOP applies to all companies using this notification sender if the shared model is approved.

Another number or program must never be used to bypass STOP. A request to stop all applicable messages must be honored. START/UNSTOP can restore prior permission only, not establish permission for another business or a new purpose.

Company-specific online consent links are the primary notification opt-in method. Operational forms and online consent records remain inside the software. The named company retains signed paper evidence when using the optional secondary paper method. The blank printable template is an optional offline evidence method, not an online submission or a platform-wide opt-in.

Discovered or purchased contacts are not permission to text. Consent cannot be bought, sold, transferred or shared between subscriber businesses.
