SMS program terms

Proposed sender: +1 888-557-5413. Initial estimated volume is 1,000 messages/month, not a spending limit or sending authorization. Automated marketing sending is disabled pending approval and provider/carrier verification.

• Scope: service promotions, availability updates and promotional lead follow-ups from a named subscriber business, only after the recipient directly opts in to that business.
• Consent is optional, not a condition of purchase or of requesting an estimate, and business-specific and purpose-specific. Email and SMS choices are separate and initially unchecked.
• Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Reply STOP to unsubscribe. If the proposed shared marketing sender model is approved, STOP unsubscribes that number across all subscriber businesses using it.
• Reply HELP for program help, or contact support@simplipilot.com.
• START/UNSTOP can restore a prior subscription, but cannot establish initial permission for another business or a new purpose.

Separate proposed sender: +1 888-770-2922. This setup is pending provider/carrier verification; shared platform sender approval is still being requested. No payment reminders, review requests or additional workflows are represented as active or approved.

Preserve two separate choices for the named subscriber business:

• Estimates/invoices/payment or document links and appointment confirmations/reminders.
• Separately opted-in post-service feedback/review requests. This optional permission is not covered by service-notification permission or generic marketing consent.

Neither choice authorizes general promotions, unrelated businesses or using another number to bypass STOP. If the shared notification sender model is approved, shared-number STOP applies to all companies using that notification sender.

The existing blank paper consent form is an optional offline evidence method, not an online data submission.

SimpliPilot supplies CRM and messaging software. Each subscriber business contacts its own directly opted-in leads/customers. Shared platform sender approval does not automatically authorize every independent business.

Discovered or purchased neighbor contact information does not establish SMS consent. No bought, sold, transferred or shared lead consent is accepted. Permission for one business does not authorize another.

Separate marketing and notification programs never authorize bypassing an opt-out. Respect a request to stop all applicable messages, including across programs and sender numbers.
