Acceptable Use Policy

This document is pending final legal review. It reflects how SimpliPilot LLC intends to operate and should be reviewed and approved by a licensed attorney before public launch.
This policy forms part of the Terms of Service between you and SimpliPilot LLC and applies to everyone who uses SimpliPilot.
1. Prohibited activity
- Unlawful activity, or activity that facilitates unlawful activity.
- Fraud, deceptive invoicing, impersonation of another business or person, or misrepresenting who is sending a message.
- Uploading or distributing malware, or attempting to gain unauthorised access to any system, account or tenant.
- Probing, scanning or load-testing the service without our prior written consent.
- Circumventing plan limits, usage metering, rate limits or access controls.
- Automated scraping, bulk extraction, or reselling of the service or its output without our written consent.
- Infringing intellectual property, publicity or privacy rights.
- Harassment, hate speech, sexual content involving minors, or content that incites violence.
2. Messaging, marketing and anti-spam
You may only send email, SMS or social messages through SimpliPilot to recipients who have a business relationship with you or have otherwise consented. You must honour unsubscribe and opt-out requests promptly, identify your business accurately, and comply with applicable marketing and telemarketing laws. Purchased or scraped contact lists are not permitted.
3. AI usage rules
You must not use AI features to generate unlawful, infringing, deceptive or harmful content, to impersonate real people, or to produce content presented as professional legal, medical or financial advice without qualified review. See the AI and Automation Disclosure.
4. Your responsibility for users and content
You are responsible for your team members’ use of your workspace, for the accuracy of records you store, and for having the rights to content you upload. Keep credentials confidential and remove access promptly when someone leaves your business.
5. Reporting and enforcement
Report abuse or infringing content to support@simplipilot.com. We may investigate, filter or remove content, restrict features, suspend or terminate accounts, and cooperate with law enforcement. Where reasonable we give notice and a chance to fix the issue first; serious or repeated violations may result in immediate termination without refund of the current period.
