SMS privacy notice
Effective date: Proposed — pending verification · Last updated: 15 October 2026
Provided by SimpliPilot LLC, a limited liability company.
This document is pending final legal review. It reflects how SimpliPilot LLC intends to operate and should be reviewed and approved by a licensed attorney before public launch.
This notice covers the proposed SMS programs provided through SIMPLIPILOT LLC at https://simplipilot.com.
Inquiry details and permission records
The named subscriber business receives the contact and inquiry details submitted to its form so it can respond. Where the recipient actively chooses SMS, SimpliPilot stores the named business, mobile number, disclosure, consent time and source inquiry as the permission record. Email and SMS choices are separate.
No marketing sale, sharing or transfer
Mobile information, SMS opt-in data and consent will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Permission is not transferred between subscriber businesses.
Limited operational processing
When an approved program is activated, SimpliPilot and operational messaging providers may process only authorized messaging data to provide that service, maintain consent/delivery records, handle opt-outs and prevent misuse. Automated marketing transport through Twilio is proposed and disabled pending approval and verification.
The proposed marketing sender is +1 888-557-5413; the separate proposed notification sender is +1 888-770-2922. Both setups remain pending provider/carrier verification. Shared platform sender approval is still being requested.
Privacy and withdrawal requests
Contact support@simplipilot.com or the named business for privacy/withdrawal requests. For retention and deletion information, see the existing general Privacy Policy.
Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for program help. Separate programs and numbers must not be used to bypass an opt-out; requests to stop all applicable messages must be respected. See the SMS program terms.
Public documentation, not consent collection
Company-specific operational forms and online consent records stay inside the software. The public opt-in illustration does not collect anyone’s information or grant permission to any subscriber business.
The blank notification-consent template is an optional offline paper method. Its fields remain local to the open page; this website transmits and stores nothing entered into the template. The named company retains the customer’s signed paper form as evidence, not this website.
