SimpliPilot supplies CRM and messaging software. Each named subscriber business may contact only its own directly opted-in leads and customers about service promotions, availability updates and promotional lead follow-ups, subject to verification and approval.

1. The recipient opens the named subscriber’s public inquiry page and provides contact and project details.
2. Email and SMS are separate optional checkboxes, both unchecked initially. SMS consent is not a condition of purchase or of requesting an estimate.
3. The recipient submits the inquiry. If SMS is selected with a valid mobile number, the software records the tenant/business, normalized phone, exact disclosure, consent time and source inquiry.

Permission for one subscriber business does not authorize another. Discovered or purchased neighbor contact information does not establish SMS consent. No bought, sold, transferred or shared lead consent is accepted.
