SimpliPilot LLC builds AI assistance into SimpliPilot. This page explains, in plain language, where AI is used, what it does with your data, and what stays your responsibility.

1. Where AI is used

  • Maze — analyses your workspace activity to suggest growth actions, next steps and priorities.
  • Social Studio — drafts social posts, captions and campaign ideas from your prompts and business details.
  • Drafting assistance for estimates, invoices, follow-up messages and summaries.
  • Automations that trigger reminders or status updates based on rules you configure.

2. What data AI processes

AI features process the prompt you submit plus the workspace content relevant to that request. Content is sent to AI providers under contract for the purpose of returning your result. We do not permit those providers to retain or reuse your business content to train their models, and we do not sell your content. See the Privacy Policy and Subprocessors page.

3. Accuracy and human review

AI output can be incomplete, outdated or simply wrong. Review AI-generated material before you send it to a customer, publish it, price work with it, or rely on it in any decision. AI output is not legal, financial, tax, medical or other regulated professional advice.

4. Your responsibilities

  • You must have the rights to any content you submit as input.
  • You are responsible for how you use output, including accuracy of prices, claims and customer communications.
  • You must not use AI features to create unlawful, infringing, deceptive or harmful content — see the Acceptable Use Policy.

5. Controls and opt-out
