Terms of Service
Effective date: 7 August 2026 · Last updated: 7 August 2026
Provided by SimpliPilot LLC, a limited liability company.
This document is pending final legal review. It reflects how SimpliPilot LLC intends to operate and should be reviewed and approved by a licensed attorney before public launch.
1. Who you are contracting with
SimpliPilot is provided by SimpliPilot LLC, a limited liability company (“SimpliPilot”, “we”, “us”). By using this website or the SimpliPilot software platform you are entering into an agreement with SimpliPilot LLC. Subscriptions and payments for SimpliPilot are made to SimpliPilot LLC.
2. Acceptance of these terms
By creating an account, starting a free trial, purchasing a subscription, or continuing to use the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. If you use SimpliPilot on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business; if you use it as an individual, you confirm you are of legal age to contract.
3. The service
SimpliPilot LLC provides the SimpliPilot software platform for small businesses, covering CRM, estimates, invoices, projects, scheduling, marketing and growth insights. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within the plan you selected, for the duration of your subscription.
4. Your account and your data
You must provide accurate registration information and keep it current. You are responsible for keeping credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Report suspected unauthorised access to support@simplipilot.com.
You own your data. Each subscriber retains ownership of its company data, customer records and uploaded content. You grant SimpliPilot LLC a limited licence to host, store, process and transmit that content solely to provide and support the service.
5. Third-party services and integrations
SimpliPilot can connect to third-party services such as accounting, email, payment, calendar and social platforms. You authorise those connections through your own accounts with those providers, and their terms govern their services. You may revoke a connection at any time from your settings. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy or policies of third-party services.
6. AI features and accuracy
SimpliPilot includes AI-assisted features (including Maze and Social Studio). You are responsible for the inputs you provide, for having the rights to that content, and for reviewing AI-generated material before sending, publishing or otherwise relying on it. AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete and is not a substitute for professional legal, financial, tax or other regulated advice. See our AI and Automation Disclosure.
7. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the service. Full details are in our Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these terms. In particular you must not:
- use the service unlawfully or in breach of applicable law;
- engage in fraud, spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, or deceptive practices;
- infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others;
- interfere with the security or integrity of the service, including malware, probing, circumventing technical limits, or automated scraping;
- reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the service without our written consent.
8. Subscriptions, renewals and cancellation
Plans are sold as recurring subscriptions billed monthly or annually, at the price and interval shown before you confirm. Free trials run for 14 days and no card is required to start one; if you do not subscribe, the trial simply ends. Paid subscriptions renew automatically for the same interval until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your billing settings; cancellation stops future renewals and you keep access until the end of the period already paid for. Promotional discounts apply only for the stated period and then revert to the standard price.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, currency, tax and invoicing mechanics are governed by Paddle’s Buyer Terms. Billing questions: support@simplipilot.com.
9. Refunds
Our refund commitment is set out in our Cancellation and Refund Policy: a 30-day money-back guarantee on subscription payments, including renewals.
10. Service availability
We work to keep SimpliPilot available and reliable, but we do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of defects. Maintenance, updates and factors outside our control may affect availability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
11. Intellectual property
SimpliPilot LLC and its licensors own all rights in the service, including the software, interfaces, documentation, trademarks and branding. Nothing in these terms transfers those rights to you. Rights-holders may report infringing content to support@simplipilot.com; repeat infringers lose access.
12. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, a security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. Where reasonable we will give notice and an opportunity to fix the issue. On termination your right to use the service ends; you will have a reasonable window (normally 30 days) to export your data, after which it may be deleted in line with our Privacy Policy.
13. Limitation of liability and indemnification
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SimpliPilot LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, including loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
You agree to indemnify SimpliPilot LLC against claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the service, or your breach of these terms.
14. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, without limiting mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence. The parties will first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting support@simplipilot.com. This clause is subject to final attorney review before public launch.
15. General
We may update these terms as the service develops; material changes will be posted here with a revised date. You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
