Cookie Policy

These are required for the site and application to work and are always on:

• Session and authentication tokens that keep you signed in to your workspace.
• Security cookies that protect against cross-site request forgery and abuse.
• Your cookie consent choice, so we do not ask again on every visit.
• Private advertising-consent receipts used only to acknowledge or withdraw your permission. A pending withdrawal receipt is retained until the server confirms it has been handled.
• Public plan and billing selections used to complete signup correctly; optional campaign and ad-click attribution is kept separately and only with advertising permission.

We set analytics cookies only after you accept them in our consent banner. They tell us which pages and features are used so we can improve SimpliPilot. Declining does not limit any part of the website.

Advertising measurement is a separate choice from product analytics. When enabled and configured, Meta Pixel and server-side measurement help connect ad clicks with public website visits, real trials, and paid subscriptions. Meta may receive online identifiers and event information under its own Privacy Policy (new tab). No earlier analytics acceptance is treated as advertising permission.

Optional storage may include Meta browser and click identifiers (_fbp and _fbc) and short-lived campaign attribution. This website retains campaign attribution for the browser session, only while advertising permission remains valid. Advertising choices expire after 30 days. Browser settings may shorten storage or block it entirely.

Use the Privacy choices button on any website page to accept, decline, or withdraw optional choices. Declining does not prevent signup. Global Privacy Control disables advertising measurement. Withdrawal immediately stops browser measurement and removes the optional campaign and Meta identifiers this website controls. Server-side withdrawal takes effect when our server receives it; if delivery is pending, the website says so and retries while open or when you return. Withdrawal cannot recall data already sent. You can also use your browser’s cookie controls, or email support@simplipilot.com. Blocking essential cookies will prevent sign-in from working.

Some pages rely on providers listed on our Subprocessors page (for example checkout and analytics). Those providers may set their own cookies under their own policies when their functionality is used.
