Which plans include the Subcontractors workspace?
Every paid company plan — Start, Grow and Scale — includes the Subcontractors workspace. Build your private trade network, invite companies to bid, compare private itemized bids and turn the selected quote into your customer estimate. Plan prices are unchanged.
Do my subcontractors have to pay for SimpliPilot?
No. A subcontractor you invite can use a free bidder account to review invitations, ask questions and submit prices. Upgrading to a full company workspace on a paid plan is optional and separate from the bidder account.
Do I need to collect my subcontractor’s license?
No. You can add or invite a subcontractor without supplying its license. Subcontractors manage their own business qualifications and can upload license, insurance and supporting documents for the main companies they connect with to keep on record.
